BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINEES

The Nominating Committee of Degussa Employees Federal Credit Union has nominated the following members for a position on the Board of Directors of the Credit Union:

Thomas J Fox, Incumbent- has been a member of the credit union for 20 years and a member of the DEFCU Board for over 10 years. Tom worked for Evonik-Degussa for 18 years in Production, Instrumentation, and Project Construction and Management. Currently he is a partner in Trinova Inc –Process Control Engineering Sales & Service.

Harold L Hodges, Incumbent- was a member of the first Board of Directors for DEFCU. Harold has held the offices of President, Vice President and Treasurer through-out his 30 years of service to the credit union. He retired from Degussa Corporation in 2005 as a Senior Accountant.

Nicole L Owens, Incumbent- has been a member of the credit union and an Evonik-Degussa employee for 14 years. She works in Financial Services as a Senior Accountant. Nicole has been a member of the DEFCU Board for over 7 years.

Vincenzo (Enzo) Finizola - served on the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee for Delchamps Credit Union as well as other Boards and Community Projects. He has been employed by Evonik-Degussa for 13 years, serving many management positions within the IT Department. Mr. Finizola has a vast knowledge of Evonik remote site needs and potential membership opportunities for the credit union.

There are three (3) three-year positions open. You must be present at the Annual Meeting to cast your vote. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
