If you are experiencing problems with It's Me 247 Online
Banking, please check to see if your computer is using Internet
Explorer 5 or 6 (IE5 or IE6). A recent
bulletin from Microsoft has alerted us that Internet Explorer
versions 5 and 6 are no longer supported by Microsoft, and that
these browsers can no longer be considered secure.
Microsoft offers two new browser versions – IE7 and IE8 – and
both are free. IE Version 9 is also available in beta-test mode
– however, we are not encouraging our members to upgrade to this
version yet.
Other supported web browsers include Mozilla Firefox, Google
Chrome, and Apple Safari. For links to download the new

When you move, it is important that Degussa Employees Federal Credit
Union moves with you! To assure you receive your statements, debit or
credit card, tax and other important information when you need it, keep
your contact information current.
Call or visit us today and speak with a Member Service Representative
to verify your address, phone number and email address. (A fee will be
assessed the accountholder for each piece of returned, undeliverable
mail.)
DORMANT ACCOUNTS
To avoid a dormant fee to your account, be sure to transact business
on your account at least every 12 month. (Time-periods are based on the
last member transaction posted.)
